To ensure that our customers can shop with confidence, we have established the following return and refund policy.
Return & Refund Policy
As all of our products are one-of-a-kind art pieces, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if the item arrives with clear damage or defects, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
If the item is damaged or defective and we are unable to provide a replacement, we will issue a refund.
Conditions for Return or Exchange
We will accept returns or exchanges only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product under the following conditions:
- The item was damaged or defective upon arrival
- You received an item different from your order
Cases Where Returns Cannot Be Accepted
- Returns due to personal preference (e.g., different from the customer’s image, size does not fit, etc.)
- Requests made after more than 7 days from the date of delivery
- Items that have been used, even partially
Return & Exchange Procedure
After confirming the returned item, we will reship a replacement or the correct item (all shipping costs will be covered by us).
In the case of a refund, we will process the cancellation of your charge through your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or Paidy).
If the cancellation cannot be processed in time and you have already been charged, we will transfer the refund to your designated bank account within 3 business days, with transfer fees covered by us.
