Additional Charges
Because the products are delivered digitally, no shipping charge applies.

The customer is responsible for internet access fees, data charges, printing and framing costs, storage media, software, and any other expenses required to browse the Website, complete a purchase, download a product, or use the purchased file.

The customer is also responsible for any currency-conversion fee, bank-transfer fee, convenience-store payment fee, or other charge imposed by a payment provider, card issuer, or financial institution. Please review the applicable provider’s conditions for details of any fees.

How to Order

Payment Methods
We accept credit cards, PayPal, and Paidy deferred payment.

Timing of Payment
Credit-card and PayPal payments are processed when the order is placed.

For Paidy deferred payment, the billed amount is generally announced between the 1st and 5th day of the month following confirmation of the transaction and must be paid by the 27th day of that month. For payment by direct debit, the debit may take place on the following business day when the scheduled date falls on a financial institution holiday. The specific payment date, payment method, and applicable fees are governed by Paidy’s terms and conditions.

Delivery Time
Digital files are generally available for immediate download after payment has been confirmed.

The purchased file can be downloaded from the order-completion page or through the order-completion email. If the purchase was made using a registered account, the file may also be downloaded from the Downloads section of My Account.

Availability may be delayed due to payment-provider screening, system failure, communication failure, or another circumstance beyond our immediate control.

Method of Delivery
Products are supplied online as digital artwork data in JPEG or another format specified on the product page.

Unless expressly stated on the applicable product page, no canvas artwork, framed artwork, printed product, storage device, certificate, or other physical item will be shipped.

Download Limit and Expiration
Each purchased file may be downloaded up to five times. The download link remains valid for 300 days from the date of purchase.

Please complete the download within the valid period and store and back up the file securely at your own responsibility. The download link will cease to function when the download limit has been reached or the download period has expired.

We do not guarantee that a file will be provided again after the expiration date if it has been lost because of device failure, loss of a device, accidental deletion, failure to save the file, or another circumstance attributable to the customer.

Management of the Order-Completion Email and Download Link
The order-completion email and download link may be used only by the purchaser. Forwarding, transferring, sharing, publishing, or otherwise making them available to a third party is prohibited.

A third party who obtains the download link may be able to download the file without being the purchaser. Any download made by a third party will count toward the purchaser’s permitted number of downloads.

Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part, we will not be liable for use by a third party resulting from improper management, accidental transmission, forwarding, sharing, unauthorized access to a device or email account, or another circumstance attributable to the purchaser.

If disclosure or unauthorized use of a link is suspected, please contact us promptly. After confirming the order and purchaser information, we may suspend or reset existing download permissions or take another appropriate measure. However, we do not guarantee restoration of downloads or reset of permissions where the issue results from circumstances attributable to the purchaser.

System and Printing Requirements
To use a purchased product, the customer must have a device and software capable of displaying and saving JPEG files or the other image format specified on the product page, together with sufficient storage capacity.

Before ordering a fine art print, please confirm that the intended printing company, printing equipment, or service supports the file format, image dimensions, resolution, and color profile stated on the product page.

Printing results may vary depending on the printer, paper, material, ink, color profile, printing settings, printing company, output environment, and other conditions.

Colors, brightness, aspect ratio, and image quality shown on a monitor, television, tablet, or other display device may vary depending on the device type, performance, settings, application, and connection method. We do not guarantee an exact match between colors displayed on a screen and those in the purchased file or physical print.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Because of the nature of digital products, returns, exchanges, and cancellations requested for the customer’s convenience will not be accepted after an order has been confirmed.

Returns and refunds will not be provided because of insufficient checks before purchase, unsupported software or printing environments, differences between screen and printed colors, output produced by a printing company, differences caused by paper or other materials, or another environment or circumstance attributable to the customer.

If a purchased file is corrupted, the wrong file has been provided, the file clearly differs from the specifications displayed on the product page, or the file cannot be downloaded properly due to a cause attributable to us, we will respond appropriately.

Please contact us promptly by email and provide the order number and details of the problem. After reviewing the issue, we will provide a functioning file again, restore download permission, or take another appropriate measure.

Nothing in this section is intended to improperly restrict any right granted to the customer by applicable law.

Artwork Colors and Images Displayed on the Website
Artwork images displayed on product pages have been reduced or adjusted for online viewing. Their image dimensions and resolution differ from those of the purchased files.

Although we make reasonable efforts to reproduce the colors of the purchased files accurately, the displayed colors may differ from the purchased files or printing results depending on the customer’s monitor, device, browser, software, color profile, and display settings.

Images shown on product pages, printing guides, and other pages of the Website—including room displays, framing examples, paper comparisons, television or monitor displays, and printing processes—may include both actual examples and illustrative images created to explain possible finishes or uses.

These illustrative images do not guarantee the results of any particular printing company, paper, material, printer, display device, or finished product.

Content Credentials
Files identified on their product pages as containing Content Credentials include Content Credentials that may contain information about the artwork’s origin, artist, creation and provenance, rights, and expressed preferences concerning use.

All or part of this information may be lost because of resaving, conversion, editing, compression, printing, screenshots, metadata removal, uploading, or the technical specifications of the software or service used.

The loss of Content Credentials does not terminate or alter the copyright in the artwork or the applicable conditions of use.

Copyright and License
Copyright in the artwork and purchased file belongs to the artist, Masaki Wakabayashi, or another lawful rights holder. Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or any other intellectual property right to the purchaser.

For the purchaser’s personal and non-commercial viewing and enjoyment, the following uses are permitted:

・Saving the file on the purchaser’s own devices and creating a reasonable number of backup copies
・Displaying a fine art print in the purchaser’s home, personal workspace, or another private space
・Displaying the artwork on a monitor, television, tablet, digital photo frame, or other device owned or controlled by the purchaser
・Providing the minimum data necessary to a printing company, photo printing service, or framing company for permitted personal printing or framing

Data may be provided to a printing or framing service only to the minimum extent necessary to perform work on behalf of the purchaser. No independent right to use the artwork is granted to the service provider. The purchaser must ask the service provider not to use the data for any other purpose and to delete the data and unnecessary working copies after completing the work.

Selling, reselling, redistributing, renting, transferring, sharing without authorization, publishing the original data online, providing it as reusable material, unauthorized commercial use, issuing it as an NFT, or using it for AI or machine-learning training is prohibited.

Prior permission is required to display the artwork in a shop, hotel, restaurant, commercial facility, public facility, digital signage system, or another location used by an unspecified or substantial number of people. Prior permission is also required for commercial use in advertising, websites, videos, merchandise, interior-design services, or similar applications.

Edition Numbers and Proof of Purchase
No individual edition number or separate certificate will be issued for the artwork.

The purchase date and order number constitute the unique information used to identify the purchase record. The order-completion email serves as proof of purchase and should be retained securely.

The order number does not prove a transfer of copyright, ownership of a limited edition, or exclusive ownership of the artwork.

Other Conditions of Sale
The same digital artwork file may be sold to more than one purchaser. The product is not sold as a unique work or limited edition.
