Timing of Payment
Credit card and PayPal payments are processed when the order is placed. Payments made through Paidy are subject to the payment schedule and methods specified by Paidy.
Delivery and Availability
Digital files are generally available for download immediately after payment has been confirmed. Purchased files may be downloaded from the order confirmation page or the order completion email. If the purchase was made using a customer account, the files may also be downloaded from the Downloads section of My Account.
Availability may be delayed due to payment review, system failure, communication failure, or other circumstances.
Method of Delivery
This product is provided online as a digital artwork file in JPEG format. No physical item, including canvas artwork, printed material, or storage media, will be shipped.
Download Limit and Expiration Period
Each purchased file may be downloaded up to 5 times. The download link remains valid for 300 days from the date of purchase.
Please complete the download within this period and store and back up the file securely at your own responsibility. The link will cease to function once the download limit has been reached or the availability period has expired.
We do not guarantee that the file will be made available again after the availability period has expired when the loss results from device failure, loss of a device, accidental deletion, failure to save the file, or another circumstance attributable to the customer.
Management of the Order Completion Email and Download Link
The order completion email and download link are provided exclusively for use by the purchaser. They must not be forwarded, transferred, shared, published, or otherwise made available to any third party.
A third party who obtains the download link may be able to download the file without being identified as the purchaser. Any download made by a third party will count toward the purchaser’s download limit.
Except where caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence on our part, we are not responsible for unauthorized use resulting from the purchaser’s failure to protect the email or link, accidental transmission, forwarding, sharing, unauthorized access to the purchaser’s device or email account, or another circumstance attributable to the purchaser.
If the purchaser suspects that the link has been disclosed or used without authorization, the purchaser must contact us promptly. After verifying the order and purchaser information, we may revoke or reset the existing download permission or take other appropriate action. However, we do not guarantee restoration of used download attempts or resetting of permission when the problem results from circumstances attributable to the purchaser.
System and Printing Requirements
To use this product, customers must have a device and software capable of displaying and saving JPEG images, as well as sufficient storage capacity.
If you intend to produce a fine-art print, please confirm before purchasing that your chosen printing company, printing equipment, or printing service supports the JPEG format, image dimensions, resolution, and color profile stated on the product page.
Printing results may vary depending on the printer, paper, ink, color profile, output environment, and other conditions. Colors displayed on a monitor may also differ from printed colors due to variations in monitor type and settings.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons attributable to the customer after an order has been confirmed.
However, we will provide assistance if the purchased file is corrupted, the wrong file has been provided, the file cannot be downloaded normally, or another problem has occurred due to circumstances attributable to us. Please contact us promptly by email and include your order number and a description of the issue. After reviewing the matter, we will provide an intact file, restore download permission, or take another appropriate measure.
Nothing in this section is intended to improperly restrict any rights available to the customer under applicable law.
Artwork Colors and Product Images
Images displayed on product pages are reduced or adjusted preview images provided for viewing purposes. Their image dimensions, resolution, and other properties differ from those of the digital files offered for sale.
Although we make reasonable efforts to display colors as accurately as possible, the colors shown on the website may differ from those in the purchased file or resulting print due to the customer’s monitor, device, browser, software, color profile, and display settings.
Content Credentials
The purchased file includes Content Credentials containing information that may be used to verify the origin and creation history of the artwork. However, this information may be lost if the file is resaved, converted, edited, stripped of metadata, or processed by software or services that do not preserve Content Credentials.
The loss of Content Credentials does not terminate or modify the copyright or applicable conditions of use.
Copyright and License
Copyright in the artwork and purchased file remains with the artist, Masaki Wakabayashi. Purchasing the product does not transfer copyright ownership to the purchaser.
The purchaser is granted permission to view the artwork and produce fine-art prints for the purchaser’s own private use. Resale or redistribution of the digital file or resulting prints; transfer or sharing with third parties; online publication; provision as source material; commercial use; creation of NFTs; and use for AI training or machine learning are prohibited.

Edition Numbers and Proof of Purchase
No individual edition number or separate certificate will be issued for this artwork. The purchase date and order number serve as unique identifiers for the purchase record, and the order completion email serves as proof of purchase. Please keep the order completion email in a safe place.
The order number does not establish a transfer of copyright, a limited edition, or exclusive ownership of the artwork.
Other Conditions of Sale
The same digital artwork file may be sold to multiple purchasers. This product is not offered as a one-of-a-kind work or a limited edition.
