第1条（適用）

本サイトのお客様は、本規約の内容をご承諾頂いたものとみなしますので、ご了承ください。
また本規約の他に本サイト内にて個別に記載する諸項目・規定等も、名目の如何にかかわらず本規約の一部を構成するものとします。

第2条（ご購入者情報・アカウント）

1・ご購入者情報及びアカウント登録フォームには、ご登録者ご自身に関する真実かつ正確なデータを入力のうえご登録ください。
2・ご購入者情報及びアカウント登録データに相違や変更がある場合は、常に真実かつ正確な内容を反映するものであるように適宜修正してください。
3・ご購入者が、法人や団体の場合、連絡の取れるご担当者様のお名前やご連絡先にてご登録ください。またご担当者様が変更になる際は必ずマイページより情報を更新願います。
4・万一真実かつ正確なデータが提供されていないと当店が判断した場合には、当該アカウントを停止または削除し、以降アカウントを利用することをお断りすることがあります。
5・当店は、ログイン時に入力されたアカウント情報と登録されたものとの一致をもって本サイトの利用がご登録者本人によるものであるとみなすことができるものとします。

第3条（アカウント情報の管理）

1.　アカウントのご登録者はアカウント登録の際に登録した名前、メールアドレス、ID、パスワード等のログイン情報及び本サイトの利用に必要なアカウント情報を、自らの責任で厳重に保管するものとします。またご登録者は本サイト上で行われた全ての利用について責任を負います。
2.　アカウントご登録者は、自己のアカウント情報を第三者に利用させること、または貸与、譲渡、名義変更、移転もしくはその他一切の処分をしてはならないものとします。
3.　ご登録者のアカウント情報の管理不十分、使用上の過誤、第三者の使用等による損害の責任はご登録者が負うものとし、当店は一切の責任を負いません。
4.　ご登録者は、自己のアカウント情報が第三者に不正に取得された、または不正に使用されている事実を知った場合、その旨を直ちに当店に通知するものとし、当店より指示がある場合には、その指示に従って適切な措置を講じるものとします。
5.　ご登録者は、アカウント情報を第三者に使用させまたは共有してはならず、また、第三者への譲渡、貸与、名義変更、売買等も行ってはならず、相続等させることはできません。
6.　ご登録者は、アカウント情報を失念した場合または第三者に不正に使用されている疑いがある場合、当店に対して速やかに連絡し、当店の指示等に従わなければなりません。なお、ご登録者は、同連絡を速やかにせずまた当店の指示等に従わないことにより生じる全ての損害等について責任を負うものとします。

第3条（通知または連絡について）

1・当店が、お客様へ通知または連絡が必要であると判断した場合は、メール及び当店が適切と判断する手法を用いて行ないます。
2・商品購入時、または登録時以降に入力した内容に変更があった場合、本サイトのアカウント情報ページから変更となった項目を遅滞なく更新するものとします。
3・ご購入者が前項の変更を怠ることで不利益を被ったとしても、当店は一切その責任を負わないものとします。また、当店からの通知等がご購入者に不到達となっても、通常到達すべきときに到達したものとみなします。
4・お客様からのお問い合わせに対する返信には一定の期間を要することがあり、その期間について当店は責任を負いません。

第3条（商品について）

1・ご購入商品のお申込みのキャンセル・商品の返品・交換は、原則として出来ません。
2・万一、到着した商品やサイズがご注文内容と異なった場合は、未使用のままご到着から7日以内にご連絡ください。当店負担でご注文された商品と交換させていただきます。
3・本サイトに掲載の商品画像は作者がオリジナルで描いたＣＧ画像のサムネイルです。本作品は、このオリジナルのＣＧ画像をキャンバス作品に仕上げており、実際の作品の質感は、キャンバス地に描かれた絵画様になります。色味もできる限りオリジナルのＣＧ画像に忠実に仕上げていますが、掲載画像の色味と異なる場合があります。また、掲載画像もお客様ご自身がお使いのパソコンモニターでご覧になる画像と、実際にお届けする商品には、モニターやハードウエア・設定等の差異、あるいは表示、作成方法の原理的違いによる差異が生じます。なお、これらを理由とした返品、交換は一切お受けできません。
4・商品は発送前に検品のため、破損が無いかを厳重にチェックしています。万が一破損などにより、商品に問題があった場合は、商品到着後7日以内に、必ずご連絡ください。その期間を経過した場合は返品交換をお受けできなくなる場合もございますので、商品到着後は状態を早急にご確認ください。
5・当店による不良や破損は、送料や手数料を当方負担で良品に交換いたします。
6・一点ものの加工品のため、お客様のご都合による場合の、返品交換は一切出来ません。
7・商品仕様、サイズ、素材等は各商品ページに記載された内容に準じます。

第4条（商品の配達不能等について）

1・当店はお客様からのご注文に応じて商品を加工･完成させております。
何等かの事由により、連絡が取れなくなったり商品を受取拒否された場合や配送会社での保管期限切れで返送された場合、その事由に関わらず発生した経費及び手数料を実費にて請求させて頂きます。
2・また、以上により当店に返送されてきた商品を再発送する場合は、以上に発生した実費の他、再発送にかかる運賃及び、手数料をご請求させていただき、そのご決済を頂いた時点で、再発送させていただきます。
3・以上のご決済がなく、再発送が出来なかったことにより発生した一切の損害（逸失利益、機会損失等を含む）について、当店はいかなる責任も負わないものとします。

第5条（価格・支払い）

1.商品の価格は税込表示とし、送料は地域・配送方法により別途加算される場合があります。
2.支払い方法は、クレジットカード・PayPal等、本サイトが指定する方法とします。

第6条（配送・納期）

1.商品は、ご注文確定後、通常7〜14営業日以内に発送いたします。
2.国際配送の場合、通関・現地事情により遅延が生じる場合があります。
3.遠隔地・危険地域・貿易制限地域等への配送には、追加料金が発生する場合があります。

第7条（著作権・知的財産）

1.本サイトに掲載されているすべての画像、文章、ロゴ、デザイン等の著作権・知的財産権は、当店または作家に帰属します。
2.これらの無断転載・複製・使用・販売等は禁止します。
3.購入された作品の画像等を用いての商業利用・再販売等は、当店の許可なく行うことはできません。
4. 本規約に違反した場合、法的措置を講じるとともに、相応の損害賠償を請求することがあります。

第8条（禁止事項）

お客様は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
1・虚偽の情報を登録し、不正な手段で本サイトを利用すること
2・他人のアカウント利用
3・本サイトの運営を妨害する行為
4・本サイトの情報を改変・転載・複製する行為
5・本サイトの情報を無断で第三者と共有・公開すること
6・他人に経済的・精神的損害を与えること
7・法令に違反する行為
8・その他、本利用規約に反する行為
9・その他、管理者が不適切と判断する行為

第9条（アカウント情報の削除）

1・アカウントご登録者が利用規約の内容または趣旨に違反した、あるいは本サイトのご利用において不適切な行為を行なったと当店が判断した場合、当該アカウントを停止または削除することができるものとします。
2・当店が特定のアカウントを停止または削除する際、当該アカウントに関連する情報や保存データ、保存ファイルを削除するとともに、今後、当該情報やデータ、ファイルにアクセスすることを禁止することができるものとします。
3・当店は、アカウント情報の削除に際して、当該アカウントのご登録者および第三者に対して一切責任を負わないものとします。

第10条（個人情報の取り扱い）

お客様より受領した個人情報は、当店が別途定めるプライバシーポリシーに従い、厳重に取り扱います。

第11条（免責事項）

1・当店は、天災・輸送事故・通関遅延・ネットワーク障害などによる納品遅延や損害について、一切の責任を負いません。
2・商品の破損・紛失などが配送業者による場合は、その規定に準じて対応いたします。
3・当店は、お客様が、本サイトをご利用になったことにより、またはご利用になれなかったことにより発生した一切の損害（逸失利益、機会損失等を含む）について、いかなる責任も負わないものとします。
4・お客様が、本サイトをご利用になったことにより、またはご利用になれなかったことにより第三者に対して損害を与えた場合には、すべて自己の責任と費用で解決していただくものとします。
5・本サイトに関する当店の債務不履行責任は、当店の故意または重過失によらない場合には免責されるものとします。
6・当店の商品は一点ものの原画を作成している特性上、検品時のチェック等により納期遅延が発生する場合がありますが、それらの事象が発生した場合についても当店はいかなる責任も負わないものとします。

第12条（規約及びサービスの変更）

1・当店は、お客様に事前に通知することなくいつでもサービスの内容を変更、停止または中止することができるものとします。
2･当店は、必要に応じて本規約を改定することがあり、変更後の内容は本サイト上に掲載された時点で効力を生じます。

第13条（準拠法・管轄）

本規約の解釈および適用は日本法に準拠し、紛争が生じた場合は、当店の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属管轄裁判所とします。

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

By using the Site, customers are deemed to have agreed to the contents of these Terms. In addition, any provisions or conditions separately stated within the Site shall form a part of these Terms, regardless of their title.

Article 2 (Customer Information and Account Registration)

1. Customers must provide accurate and truthful personal information when registering via the Site’s purchase or account registration forms.

2. Customers must promptly update their registered information to ensure accuracy and truthfulness.

3. If the customer is a corporation or organization, a representative contact person must be registered, and any changes must be updated via the user account page.

4. If the Company determines that false or inaccurate information has been provided, the account may be suspended or deleted.

5. The Company will deem access made using a matching login and registration as an authorized use by the registered customer.

Article 3 (Account Information Management)

1. Customers are responsible for securely managing their account login credentials, including username, email, ID, and password.

2. Customers must not allow third parties to use, transfer, rent, sell, or inherit their accounts or account information.

3. The Company assumes no responsibility for any damages arising from poor management, misuse, or unauthorized use of account information.

4. In case of suspected unauthorized access or use of account information, the customer must promptly notify the Company and follow any instructions provided.

5. Any delay in reporting or failure to comply with instructions may result in the customer bearing full liability for damages incurred.

Article 4 (Notices and Communications)

1. The Company may contact customers by email or other appropriate means when necessary.

2. Customers must promptly update their information on the account page in case of any changes.

3. The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantages resulting from failure to update information or undelivered notices.

4. Response time to inquiries may vary, and the Company assumes no responsibility for such delays.

Article 5 (Products and Returns)

1. Cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer reasons are not accepted.

2. In case of incorrect items or sizes, the customer must contact the Company within 7 days of delivery to arrange replacement (unused condition only).

3. Product images shown on the Site are CG thumbnails created by the artist. Actual products are printed on canvas, and visual differences may occur depending on display devices and processing methods. Such differences do not warrant returns.

4. All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. Contact must be made within 7 days if damage is found upon arrival.

5. The Company will bear all shipping and handling costs in the case of defects or damages due to Company error.

6. Due to the nature of customized and one-of-a-kind artworks, returns or exchanges for personal reasons are not permitted.

7. Product specifications are as stated on each product’s page.

Article 6 (Undeliverable Items)

1. If delivery fails due to refusal, unreachable contact, or expiration of carrier holding period, the Company will charge all incurred costs including return fees and administrative charges.

2. For reshipment, these actual expenses must be settled before dispatch.

3. The Company assumes no responsibility for any resulting damages (including loss of opportunity or revenue) due to undeliverable orders.

Article 7 (Pricing and Payments)

1. Product prices include consumption tax. Shipping fees may vary by region and delivery method.

2. Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, or other options designated by the Company.

Article 8 (Shipping and Delivery Timeframes)

1. Orders are typically shipped within 7 to 14 business days after confirmation.

2. International orders may be delayed due to customs or local circumstances.

3. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote, hazardous, or restricted regions.

Article 9 (Copyright and Intellectual Property)

1. All content, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of the Company or its creators.

3. The Company bears no liability for any resulting loss or damage to the user or third parties.

Personal information obtained from customers will be strictly managed and handled in accordance with the Company’s separate Privacy Policy.

Article 13 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company is not responsible for delays or damages caused by natural disasters, customs delays, shipping accidents, or network failures.

2. Damage or loss caused by shipping carriers will be handled per carrier policy.

3. The Company shall not be liable for any losses (including lost profits or opportunities) caused by use or inability to use the Site.

4. Any disputes arising with third parties must be resolved at the user’s own expense and responsibility.

5. The Company’s liability is limited unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Due to the nature of handmade, one-of-a-kind products, delays may occur due to inspection or adjustments. The Company is not liable for such delays.
