配送について

▶ 日本国内の信頼ある国際航空輸送サービスを利用して発送いたします。
▶ We use a reliable international air courier service based in Japan.
▶ 発送後、貨物の集荷からお届けまでの全プロセスが逐一更新され、追跡が可能です。
▶ All shipping stages—from pickup to final delivery—are trackable in real time.
▶ 国際配送料は地域（地帯）ごとの定額制となっております。詳細は下記の地帯別国際配送料をご覧ください。
▶ International shipping fees are fixed by zone. Please refer to the zone-based rate table below.
▶ 通常、発送からお届けまで約2週間程度かかりますが、通関状況・現地配送事情等によりさらにお時間をいただく場合がございます
▶ Delivery usually takes about 2 weeks, but please be aware that customs clearance or local delivery conditions may cause delays

▶ 遠隔地にお届けする場合は、遠隔地集配手数料（3,500円［税別］）が必要となることがあります。この場合は追加料金をご請求させていただき、お支払い確認後の発送となります。この時点でのキャンセルも承ります。
▶ For remote area delivery, a Remote Area Surcharge (JPY 3,500 excluding tax) may apply. In such cases, we will contact you for additional payment prior to shipment, and you may cancel the order at this stage if you wish.
▶ 危険地域または貿易制限地域へのお届けには、危険地域配達手数料・貿易制限地域配達手数料（各4,500円［税別］）が別途必要となる場合があります。こちらも同様に、追加ご請求・ご決済後に発送を行い、この時点でのキャンセルも可能です。
▶ For restricted or dangerous areas, an additional charge of JPY 4,500 (excluding tax) may apply. As with remote areas, we will contact you for approval and payment before shipping, and you may cancel the order at that time.

▶ お届け先国において発生する関税、付加価値税（VAT）、その他の輸入税や通関費用は、商品代金および送料には含まれておりません。すべて受取人様のご負担となります。
▶ Duties, VAT, and other import taxes or fees incurred in the destination country are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
